@garagetodaytona: The last time Gen 4 cars ran on a superspeedway in the NASCAR Nationwide Series was the Aaron’s 312 at Talladega Superspeedway on April 25, 2010. Gen 4 cars had been the standard in the Busch/Nationwide Series for years (and continued at non-superspeedway tracks later in 2010). The series’ version of the Car of Tomorrow (with updated body styles, including the Ford Mustang and Dodge Challenger) debuted at the July 2, 2010 Subway Jalapeño 250 at Daytona and was used selectively that year before going full-time in 2011. The February 2010 Daytona race was the last Gen 4 event there, making Talladega the final superspeedway outing for those cars. #nascar #nascartiktok #streetlegal #car #restoration
