@thestatnation: The Florida–Georgia rivalry has a SPOOKY history! The two SEC rivals have faced off on Halloween Saturday just FIVE times, with Florida holding a dominant 4–1 record. Georgia won the first Halloween showdown 33–6 back in 1931, but the Gators have won EVERY one since! Florida took the next four meetings. That's FOUR straight Halloween victories for Florida! But here's where things get interesting! Georgia has dominated the rivalry recently, winning FIVE consecutive meetings overall, including last year's 24–20 victory. Now, No. 3 Georgia (6–1) faces No. 17 Florida (5–2) in an unusual Halloween showdown at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, the rivalry's new temporary home. The Bulldogs are looking to snap a Halloween losing streak that stretches back nearly a century! WILL THE GATORS KEEP THEIR HALLOWEEN MAGIC ALIVE, OR WILL GEORGIA FINALLY BREAK THE CURSE? Kickoff is Saturday at 3:30 PM ET on ABC! Genuinely sad. That pass in the first quarter was terrible by the gators. When the bulldogs smacked the ball out of the throwers hand in the 2nd quarter and the bulldogs picked it up and got a touchdown. Honestly great playing by the bulldogs as a gators fan.
