The Bronx is like 95% Dominican and Puerto Rican. The few people living there that you'd think are foundational Black Americans aren't. They're primarily Haitians, Jamaicans and Africans. I can tell that those blaming FBA have no idea what they are talking about and are clueless on the demographics of the Bronx.
