I totally get that. I remember when I was helping my mom pass I hardly ever sat down. When she passed my husband said your done just sit and relax and my body was so used to being in that state I litterly couldn't sit then after a couple days I crashed and I've never felt that feeling before in my life it was so weird one minute I couldn't stop helping others the next I couldn't even respond to basic conversation.
