Take the lid off and follow the chain them the rubber flat when you pull it up they wear out so you can go to Home Depot or anywhere Lowe’s. I got a new one. I just put it on like you chose. Hope they came back to it. it’s all the problem and unless everything else is worn out that’s if it’s just leaking back in the toilet it’s leaking on the floor and you gotta rebuild the whole tank take it apart put your gasket in it
