NO THEY DO NOT!!! I was homeless in 23, applied for assistance, didn’t get a call back until 3 months AFTER I found housing ON MY OWN IN THE MONTH OF FEBUARY!!! They did the whole “we don’t want anyone outside in the winter” acted like they cared during the interview, but in reality THEY DO NOT CARE!!!!! Our government is trying to push us out

No! I am a single parent with 2 kids. My child was not able to go to any type of preschool program because I made too much money. The systems are designed to help the poor first. Meanwhile, every private daycare was full or wouldn’t call me back. Now we are in our first year of kindergarten and surprise he’s behind. I had to pay a friend to watch my child for 5 years because I could not get him enrolled to any kind of early education program. Oh that is on top of the child care tax so I can still pay for these people to just send there kids to daycare and they go home to do absolutely nothing to contribute. Now my child is behind and who’s problem is this mine! What are we actually worried about though? Not the actual people who are struggling to support themselves and the rest of the people who sit and do nothing all day.

The Crop Cash and Crop Cash + programs that allow people on SNAP to Cash in $20 in food stamps for $50 worth of local, fresh produce is one of the best pu lic programs I've ever been a part of.

I disagree I left here nine years ago to get clean and I was struggling and when I asked for help and actually did the hard thing and actually fought to get better I got help.
