It's a LDR and funny enough i find it natural to keep informing her about everything i do, i don't find it exhausting or controlling, but knowing what her day looks like via text makes me feel like im right there beside her. I updated him I'm going to bed,with him on a video call only for him to ignore me,I repeated it more than twice, ignored me right in my face. oh no we had no issues or arguments. he just ignored me. I'm a big fan about updating ur partner but some partners will make u feel like you are disturbing them.

I am anxiously attached but avoidant because of abuse. partner is golden retriever boy always calling and texting. I had to learn the difference between overbearing and exciteability. I try to say "hey I might not answer when you're in break cause I'm at dinner but we can talk after work". it's a communication that helps him rmemebr when I don't answer. we both have BPD and feeling rejected causes bad spirals. so we have to communicate
