👏 #HaripurBazaar #AntiEncroachmentDrive #PublicInterest #GoodGovernance #CleanAndGreenHaripur

💔 A LIFE CUT SHORT. A FAMILY'S WORLD SHATTERED. I am deeply heartbroken by the tragic death of 15-year-old Javits Frimpong, the young Ghanaian boy who was fatally shot in the Bronx, New York, on Thursday, October 29. As a Ghanaian by birth and a mother of an 18-year-old son, this tragedy hits very close to home. I keep thinking about the parents. The father who probably watched his son leave home that morning, expecting him to return safely. The parents whose hopes and dreams for their child have been shattered unimaginably. Javits was only 15. He had dreams. He had ambitions. He reportedly dreamed of becoming a physician. He had his whole life ahead of him. And now, he is gone. 💔 It could have been my son. It could have been your son. It could have been someone's brother, nephew, grandson, or friend. This tragedy raises difficult but necessary questions about bullying, school safety, youth violence, and how seriously we respond when children report being bullied or threatened. No child should be afraid to go to school. No parent should have to bury a child because of violence. No disagreement, conflict, or act of bullying should ever cost a young person their life. As parents, educators, communities, and leaders, we cannot afford to look the other way. We must listen to our children. We must take bullying seriously. We must teach our young people empathy, respect, conflict resolution, and the value of human life. I pray that the circumstances surrounding Javits's death are thoroughly investigated and that justice is served. To his parents and family, I cannot imagine the depth of your pain. May God give you strength, comfort, and peace during this unimaginable time. 🕊️ Rest peacefully, Javits Frimpong. Your life mattered. Your dreams mattered. You will not be forgotten. There's a GoFundMe set up to support the family, here's the link https://gofund.me/d23908547 #JusticeForJavits #JavitsFrimpong #StopBullying #EndYouthViolence #ProtectOurChildren
