🚨 8-YEAR-OLD ADRIAN THOMPSON’S FAMILY DEMANDS ANSWERS AFTER SCHOOL CHOKING TRAGEDY On April 15, 2026, 8-year-old Adrian Sue Thompson experienced a choking emergency during lunch at Velma Penny Elementary School in Lindale, Texas. She was transported to the hospital, where she tragically passed away on April 16. Now, more than six months later, newly released school surveillance footage is raising serious questions about how the emergency was handled. According to investigative reports, Adrian began showing signs of choking around 11:40 a.m. and was seen approaching school staff for help. An employee reportedly believed she was feeling sick. Adrian later ran toward the nurse’s office, where lifesaving measures were attempted. However, approximately five minutes passed between the first visible signs of choking and the 911 call. The Texas Rangers investigated Adrian’s death and determined that no criminal offense occurred. The medical examiner ruled her passing accidental.
