Some billionaires are fiercely opposed, and a few have already moved assets or relocated out of state. Others say they are happy to pay their share. Estimates say the tax could raise anywhere from 30 billion to 100 billion dollars. Around 90 percent would go to health care programs, and the rest to education. So what do you think.
