@youhadmeathalal: It’s been a busy day! After a certain video went viral, our DMs started pouring in! We’ve been independently verifying several Popeyes locations in the Houston area that are now getting their chicken and beef tallow from a halal certified vendor. The verified locations are listed in this post. We got too many DMs to answer one by one, so we put together this post to get everyone the correct information. ⚠️ Please read each slide carefully, including the “what’s not halal” and “keep in mind” slides, and do what you will with this information. Halal standards and comfort levels differ from person to person, so make the decision that’s right for you. ✅ Only visit the locations listed in this post for now 📞 Always confirm with the store manager before ordering ➕ We’re still working on verifying more locations, so stay tuned! . . . . #halalhouston #houstonhalal #houstonmuslims #halal #youhadmeathalal
