I also think that the fact that people use her live singing and sometimes even prefer the live performances talks a lot about Olivia, you can listen to her how she feels every single thing she’s ever written and the way that with her voice we can all find a new perspective on the song, cigarette smoke for example, the recording is sad, depressing, like having a type of pain you can not get rid of, while the live version is literal PAIN, you can feel the agony and how deep this song actually is, because of how Olivia performs it, idk if its just me who thinks this, but I think Olivia Rodrigo will go down in history.

I saw someone say one is that Olivia is what Taylor never thought she could be. Like she thought that to be relatable she had to be awkward, while Olivia is relatable and incredibly cool. She thought to be liked she couldn’t be political and outspoken, but Olivia has been that way since her first album and is still successful. And Olivia constantly performs (and performs WELL) with music legends, which also hits Taylor at her core bc Taylor has always been clowned on for not being serious enough as a musician esp bc she’s not a strong singer. And I do love Taylor’s music, I’m not going to lie. Like she really became such an amazing songwriter. I wish they had become friends instead of this rivalry feud.
