If anyone is reading this, you don't know if the next Halloween is going to be better so don't let this one be your last(even if the last ten have been the same). I know that there are people on here making fun of people for not having the choice to go out this year. TBH These people are idiots and not because they go out and party but because they don't realize how privileged they are to do so. They don't understand the amount of strength and will power it takes to deal with depression, isolation etc. So when I see these TikTok's and read these comment I don't feel pity, I don't see weakness I see a person who is strong, brave, and resilient. Today may be a hard day but you will make it and hopefully find the resources that you may need the next. If you can sleep in, watch a movie and eat candy, call family, do something you may find "spooky" (in a non harmful way). Please give yourself grace and patience this Halloween because once this weekend is over things Will get better (choose not to believe it but I will for you)
