hell no , her lack of planning is not your problem. She is gaslighting you to feel guilty for her lack of planning. I wouldn't give any dates period. tell her to tell anyone she wants but it's not changing your mind. and who cares if she doesn't talk to you. you don't need that.

Nope, that's why we have self schedules. at least where I work we do and they're 3 months in advance so if you don't plan accordingly that's a you problem. We all have lives we want to live, family we want to see. if they're short staffed hire more staff.
