How is that possible? It’s possible cloning a car with the exact same licence plate, but what about the OBU/IU? Aren’t these controlled units with their own unique serial numbers?

There had been more questions related to deregistered vehicle travelling on the road and involved accident. Question like how these deregistered vehicle is on the road, how they gain access to such vehicle, should the parties holding such deregistered vehicle held responsible and etc.
