Our not private equity dentist still uses a big paper planner to make appointments. No last names they all know all the kids by first names. I love them.

My clinic had the files in like literal files, images of all of their patients as babies dating back to the 80s. And i went back a few weeks ago.. they got rid of the soft lighting for led lightning, they took away the files and made it digital I guess, removed the files, and all the rooms were just sterile white and marble no more wood or anything.
