As an OR tech, when these situations occur, in the same context and same level of abuse, we’re ALL on the same page. And we only ever refer to the doctors notes in the post op notes. It’s an understood thing. Alex should’ve been removed from the program IMMEDIATELY for this. That’s a hipaa violation and a breech of their oath Do No Harm.
