Truthfully if you go and simply talk to them and kindly explain you have to work in the morning they’ll probably say “us too” but a lot of times they really will turn it down a bit. It’s hit or miss sometimes but I usually have pretty good luck

My neighbors are all Hispanic too lol. Sometimes they can party well into the night. I NEVER want to ruin their fun so I have learned to love white noise of some kind. Usually nature sounds or an audible book knocks me right out. Look up Get Sleepy podcast... that will knock you right out and block the noise.
