I’ve been doing this for years. I don’t boil them then smash them. I just cut them up. I’m in the air fryer. Five minutes on each side always spray a little bit of oil on them and I used Trader Joe’s onion crunch. OMG I could eat a ton I do at least three times a week will not disappoint.
