None. Get a small half circle rug for in front of the sink. Get a bath mat you can hang on the shower door and use only when showering.

It’s supposed to be in front of the shower or tub for your safety. You don’t have a lot of room in front though.

I hate 2 for the reason the rug is so close to the toilet, just isn't visually appealing. but I wonder if they make those U-shaped toilet rugs extra long 🤔

in front of the toilet is never good, pee tends to run down the front of toilets without u noticing and the rug can start collecting that and smelling horrible (I'm a house cleaner lol)

So in my bathroom like this I do #1 and then have a small towel hanging on the shower bar for people to put down when they get out of the shower (like a hotel kinda)

Good there or pushed up to the sink touching it. Dry off with your towel after your shower inside the stall. Step over to the mat.

if it's a shower mat (meant to absorb water when you step out of the shower) #2 but put it up against the shower door. if it's just a regular bathroom rug, it goes in front of the sink.

2 or 3. the whole point is to catch water when you get out of the shower so those are the only ones that make sense
