walked through it trying to get home from a halloween party, over 20+ cop cars with all their lights and sirens on, it was sooooo loud. i think they were trying to just deter crowds but it ended up pushing traffic back near all the houses in the neighborhood.. didn't sleep until like 2:30am 😭
