Usually, it’s against the law to put concrete mailboxes up. Because somebody could get injured when destroying it. But I think this is different. Technically the flower pots look like are a distance away from the actual road. Also, the concrete could also be said used to weigh down the flower plot so they don’t tip over or it can say it put there for safety reasons. The lawsuit most likely will be dropped.

🤣 my neighbor who no longer lives there. used my property as a private back driveway. my husband dug a huge ditch and covered it with vines. when the neighbor drove through our property again it broke his front axle. the neighbor got mad when he heard my husband laughing and told him to shut his mouth. my husband simply got quiet and calmly told him to get his junk off his property. neighbor turned red and had it towed off.

I read that unless you place a sign warning people of the obstacle you can be held liable for knowingly causing a dangerous situation. idk maybe wrong
