🚨💔Two teenagers, aged 13 and 15, lose their lives during a shooting at an impromptu beach party in California A night of fun turned into a tragedy on Monday, November 2, 2026, when a shooting at Moss Landing State Beach, in Monterey County, California, left two teenagers dead and two other people injured. The victims were identified as 13-year-old Nathaniel “Nate” Flores and 15-year-old Marco Antonio Perez, both residents of Salinas. The attack occurred shortly before 2:00 a.m. at the end of Jetty Road. According to information provided by authorities, approximately 30 young people had gathered for an impromptu party on the beach—well past permitted hours—when gunfire erupted. Those present fled in a panic, scattering in different directions. At the scene, investigators discovered cups, alcoholic beverage containers, coolers, and numerous pieces of ballistic evidence. Two other individuals sustained injuries and received medical attention. Nathaniel was a member of the Steinbeck Tigers youth football team and was just days away from celebrating his 14th birthday on Friday, November 6. The Monterey County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the incident. As of the latest update, no arrests have been announced, and those responsible have not yet been publicly identified. Prayers for the families 🙏🙏 #california#montereycounty #crime #justice
