I'm not American, so I don't really understand, but why is it that in these kinds of lawsuits, the person who was helped ends up getting angry and sues the person who helped them? If the truck hadn't pushed me out, it wouldn't have just been a scratch on the back; the car would have been a total loss and scrapped. Drivers like this should have their licenses revoked and be banned from getting car insurance.
