In the company I work for they do a lot of surveys for internal services, not anonymous. I usually don't participate but once someone wrote me "Hey, you haven't filled out the survey yet" so I did. I applied the same scale magement uses in the yearly employee performance reviews, I gave it a 6 out of 10. Same dude from earlier contacted me again, why was I rating it so low, told him I don't understand, the service "meets expectations", thats 6 out of 10, no? Never bothered me again with this nonsense.

You never get a direct letter from a manager or an evaluation, but from the start you are pressured to the point of exhaustion to resign yourself.

yeah....no. if the manager is doing shit, I will still vote the lowest score. if they tell me about it, then I will keep it the same score and if they fire me about it, that's wrongful termination so sue
