There is heavy construction along Lentor towards Yishun and yes, the exits are all closed. Other than Lentor, the only way is through Mandai, Seletar or Gambas. At that time of night ofc the roads are quiet. This is likely just a miscomm and kancheong of both driver and passenger not knowing what to do.

Lentor closed whereas the lady comment she saw SBS Transit at Yio Chu Kang. The driver should head the Seletar and go by Yishun Dam into Yishun.
