Anna Korwin-Piotrowska, elected to the court by parliament this year but never sworn in by the president, issued an order suspending the court's president. The court's own X account said she isn't one of its judges. Police and protesters came, and just before 1 a.m. the president walked into the building himself. Two claims now answer who runs the court: she rests on her order, the court's leadership on its list of ten judges, and each rejects the other's. For some reson judges need to be appointed by president due to the old constitional laws but the president will not let new judges to the court that were chosem by Sejm. So he chose one candidate himself that is not a rightful candidate coz he was not chosen by Sejm for this role. He has been purposefully delaying the new rightful judges so the country cannot function properly.
