@healthyaffluence: You've been told to fear salt for so long that you probably feel guilty every time you reach for the shaker. Your body can't function without sodium. It helps regulate fluid balance, blood volume, nerve signals, and muscle contractions. When levels run low, your body notices fast, and it asks for more. That's why so many people cut salt and then feel worse: tired, lightheaded, foggy, crampy, or dealing with headaches. They assume it's something else and never connect it to the salt they've been avoiding. A big part of the confusion is that we lump real salt in with processed food. Chips, fast food, packaged meals, and deli meats are a different story from a pinch of quality salt on a home-cooked meal. Cutting out whole-food salt because of what's in processed junk misses the root issue. Signs you might be running low: • Intense salty cravings • Dizziness when you stand up • Frequent headaches • Muscle cramps or twitches • Low energy, especially in the afternoon • Drinking lots of water but never feeling hydrated What to do instead: • Cook from scratch and salt your food to taste • Choose unrefined sea salt or a mineral-rich salt over stripped table salt • Add a pinch to your water, especially after sweating or in the morning • Pair it with potassium and magnesium foods like avocado, leafy greens, bananas, and coconut water • Cut back on ultra-processed foods, not on salt itself Your cravings are information. Listen to them instead of overriding them with a rule you were handed. Follow for more content like this.

that's one and a half teaspoons of salt in an IV bag why don't you just say one and a half teaspoons why do you say 9,000 mg you're just trying to make people believe that a ton of salt is better for him when they only use a little bit of salt in an IV bag it's one and a half teaspoons of salt in an IV bag there's more salt than that on a pretzel from a pretzel stand😂😂😂

I put sea salt and everything, including my water in the morning. I feel like my body thrives on it.

We salt things that don't need salt. can't have a bullet ice cream without salt on top.. fruit too... The part that no one talks about is that the excess salt is bad for you , when you eat a highly processed seed oil rich diet. if you're eating a high salt diet while eating foods that close your arteries... that's not gonna end well.

Salt has been demonized by the medical system yet when you go inpatient it's the 1st thing they give you in an IV.
