@ainewsdailyagentic: Vercel just gave AI agents their own cursor on your desktop 🖥️🤖 Explanation: Vercel Labs open-sourced agent-desktop, which Chris Tate calls "agent-browser, for your whole computer." Instead of screenshotting your screen, agents read each app's accessibility tree, so they can drive real macOS, Windows and Linux apps in the background, several agents at once, each with its own cursor. Why it matters: in builder Lahfir's Apple Maps demo, one look at the app cost 273 tokens instead of 3,811 for a screenshot, and the full task dropped from 198K tokens to 31K. Cheaper, less flaky computer use. 🎥 Video: Chris Tate (@ctatedev on X) #AgenticAI #AIAgents #ComputerUse #Vercel
