THIS IS A JOKE ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ I have neurally mediated hypotension which is a low blood pressure problem and at the time highly depleted vitamin levels. I unknowingly struggled with this for a few years which constantly caused me to pass out, have severe body pain, give me heart issues, low oxygen levels, severe dizziness and the worst mood swings that not only started to worry my family but everyone else around me. I wanted absolutely nothing to do with the world or my family which is highly unlike me because i love being around my family and friends. Some days i could not even get out of bed because of the leg pain and the headaches. Ive been dancing since i was 2 and when this started to affect me i was 13 years old. I passed out while walking into the bathroom snd smashed my face into the sink and then the floor leaving me with a black eye. After that i started regularly passing out and losing my breath easily and kept progressively but slowly getting worse. I was 15 when i started getting pain in my legs and we thought it was just muscle pain from dancing so much. During winter break of my sophomore year of highschool i came down with the flu. After struggling with this for all of winter break, i started to feal slightly better and had enough energy to hop in the shower and walk around my house. During this shower, my ears started to ring, i started fo feel dizzy and my eyesight was almost turning blue. Stepped out of the shower and sat on the too of the toilet seat and started to yell for my mom. My mom came into the bathroom to find me hunched over on the top of the toilet seat not breathing. My brother then rushed me to the ER and from there i was sent to ST Christophers where after 100s of tests i was diagnosed with Neurally Mediated Hypotension. My blood pressure would drop so low that i would “bottom out” at 70/30 I was put on heart medication that raised my bp and stopped the passinf out but for some reason i was stuff exausted and struggled with body pain. After more blood tests it was discovered that all my of vitamin levels were depleted and at a deadly level. After seeing cardiology and more and more doctors ive been on medication and vitamins that have finally made me myself again. I have not passed out or had any body pain since everything. Ive now been healthy for almost over a year. For those who read this, thank you for listening to my story💗
