@maman.testeuse2020: Test @LEGO @influenster Produit offert ❤️ 👻 LEGO Mercredi 76788 — L'Académie Nevermore. Ergonomie ok. Nous sommes ravis. #ProduitOffert #lego #mercredi #nevermore #influenster

70% of ACL tears happen without anyone touching you. 🦵 The ACL resists internal rotation of the knee and limits hyperextension. It tears when the knee gets pushed too far in one of those directions. Sometimes that's contact (a hit to the lower leg), but about 70% of tears are non-contact, a bad landing or a plant-and-twist, and it pops. Degrees matter too: micro-tears may just need physical therapy, but a full tear in an athlete usually means surgery. Strong ligament, real limits. 👉 Go deeper with our Exploring the Skeletal System eBook, link in bio. #LearnOnTikTok #TikTokLearningCampaign #LearnBiologyOnTikTok #ACL #kneeanatomy #anatomy #humanbody #cadaverlab #anatomyandphysiology #medstudent #iohaanatomy
