you should try to make the mouvement go with the speed, right now it just looks like your character is gliding on the ground, but when you walk and put your feet down, it doesn't move as long as the other one isn't on the ground, because the weight of the entire body weigh

i think the issue is that the arms should swing in opposite directions not the same and the speed of walking doesn’t match the speed of the animation
