Teddi Mellencamp thought she had finally found someone who made her feel safe during the hardest chapter of her life. But after just four months together, the relationship has come to an emotional end. The 45-year-old former *Real Housewives of Beverly Hills* star broke down in tears on her podcast, *Two Ts in a Pod*, revealing that her 31-year-old boyfriend, PJ Conley, had ended their relationship after a dinner date. Teddi admitted she was struggling to think that far ahead because of her ongoing health journey. "To be perfectly honest, I don't know if I'm gonna be alive in the future. I'm just enjoying where I'm at," she explained. The conversation took a heartbreaking turn when Conley reportedly told her that although he liked her and enjoyed their relationship, he couldn't picture her in his future. Teddi said the news left her questioning whether she was good enough. The breakup is especially painful because she had grown close to Conley and his family. She also revealed that he had helped her with everyday activities as she continued dealing with physical difficulties following brain surgery. Teddi was diagnosed with stage 2 melanoma in 2022, which later spread to her brain and lungs. After undergoing surgery and treatment, she announced in October 2025 that her cancer had become undetectable. But her recovery has continued to bring physical and emotional challenges.
