@winningwithoutwagers: We hear from sportsbooks constantly. But we don’t hear nearly enough from people inside sports willing to speak openly about gambling addiction. As a former Northwestern football player whose life was nearly destroyed by gambling, hearing Coach Braun speak about this really hit home. We need more voices like his in sports. Go Cats! 💜 #SportsBetting #GamblingAddiction #Gambling #addiction #addictionrecovery

Hue Bertsdeer :

He won’t be coaching next year. They’ll send a message

marionjarome :

But he still knos what he’s really not allowed to say lol

skerhoff :

As an IU fan I’ve really been impressed with the quality and direction of the Northwestern football program. Statements like this one from the head coach add another level to that respect.

Sammyyyyyy :

No lies told it’s bad.

Ballaholic 🏀 :

He’s fighting a losing battle. The sports betting isn’t going anywhere. The oxygen of America is money, and sports betting brings in a lot of it and unfortunately, that’s all that matters in America. We got much bigger problems to fix in this country than to worry about sports betting.

JJ :

100% agree

PeacePlease✌🏾 :

Anyone who gambles on sports will end up broke and in debt…..you can’t beat’’em folks if you do it on a regular basis.😳

Phil. I'm Phil. :

It's going to be the next scourge on a generation

Michael Scott :

There’s an entire talk by apostle D Todd Kristofferson from the Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints this last October, warning about the dangers of gambling.

grade centra :

He knows it’s rigged

Kingme :

as long as DraftKings and FanDuel are "DONATING " to congressional members, gambling is NEVER going anywhere, nor should it, casinos have been around forever and senior citizens take their monthly checks to the casino every month and sit in front of a computer screen that's programmed to lose except for one day a month, and that day isn't the day they go, it's called self control

Jmark0022 :

Know what you’re doing watch tennis 😏

️Sosaa :

He’s right sports suck now
