Yes, yes, this! She doesn’t possess any scars or visible muscle, her hair is perfect, and while the sparkle is gorgeous her limbs feel far more like accessories than rough replacements needed to emulate limbs, and she’s virtually walking around in lingerie! Her design is merely eye candy, its visual story telling flops immensely.

Nothing new, just another female character suffering at the hands of a misogynistic company that will never allow women to be designed with "flaws" including but not limited to: scars, wrinkles, arm muscles for some reason (twig arms are a must even if you have larger build like Varessa) etc

honestly imo i disagree her having a more serene outlook reflects on the ability of her people and how they are able teraform/survive on uninhabitable parts of the universe and making them livable, you can see it in her on how even if she was training w/ surtologi and how she infuses herself with abyssal energy she still retain the aspects of the way of life of her people turning even as corrupted as the abyss into a beautiful and strong weapon for herself.

Her concept art was amazing, I loved the fish tail. I wish she looked more battle torn, with scars, and I wish she looked a bit older and maturer? She looks too young to me, like obvs I never imagined her as an old woman but I imagined her as looking more mature?

I think she was way to early, hoyo seems to have forgotting her but her lore is so interesting, it wouldve been better to released her later, maybe even after snezhnaya with more elements, like it wouldve been so cool if we used her abyssal power as an actual element instead of cryo

I agree completely! While I love her elegant look, I feel like they could've incorporated something more rough and scarred. Just to nitpick, though, the point about the Captain, Pierro, and Dainslief isn't that strong imo. Though they do look cursed, it's done in a conventionally attractive way that only weakens the true effect of the curse. The Captain's head piece is a trope, Dainslief's arm can be seen as visually appealing, and Pierro is also conventially attractive. imo, genshin has never conveyed suffering and curses properly

My theory: Vednefolnir prophecy of skirk "One day , The stars will bow in her honor" to me has some in game gameplay meaninf , When shes significanlly stronger in lore so the prophecy comes to the present , We will be in Genshin Part II , By that time , Sp will exist , If they do , Skirk Sp will release with the abyss element , And a darker design as her power is also corrupting her body , If SP dont exist , I just hope for an abyssal reaction w a Abyss Themed Skin.

I think this is to show how far of a difference in abbysal power control Skirk and the khanrean's is. Skirk having been exposed for the abyss for too long that she can just modify it into what she likes or it connects to her lore on how her kind can use the abyssal power without being corrupted
