I dont necessary disagree. But liberal democracy is about limiting government, about laws applying equally, meritocracy and having a mechanism of changing leaders without violence. (oversimplified but I think that's needed in this comment) It's the consensus from Botswana to East Asia. This has very little to do with 'leftism' in 2026.
