Enjoy it and take a look at our link in bio to learn more about Sacrifice and the journey of his cinematographer 🎬🍿 ‘MAKING OF — CANAL+ CINÉMA’ Un grand film ne se fait jamais seul (Tango) 📝directed by @wearefromla / Pierre Dupaquier. 📝 Notes by Matias Boucard Dop From the very beginning, movement, camera, and performance were conceived as a single choreography. 🎥 Shot entirely handheld, the camera doesn’t observe the dance , it dances with it. Long takes were used to give space to the performers, preserving rhythm, breath, and emotional continuity. Captured on 35mm Kodak 500T, the film embraces grain, texture, and imperfection as expressive tools, letting the performance breathe. 👉 Full breakdown at our link in bio 🎬 FULL CREDITS Agency: @betcparis Directed by @wearefromla / Pierre Dupaquier Director of Photography: @boucardmatias Dancers: @guillaumequeau, @ambervanoosterhout Produced by @benoitroques & @baruchel.lucile for @iconoclast.tv Set Design: @davidbersanetti Edited by @simon_colin_editor Color Grading: @mathieucaplanne Special thanks to @vincentscotet Local crew: @vania.ivanova.1ac, @yonkobalevski Service production: @solentfilm Camera & film provided by @rvzparis & @samrenollet #filmmakersworld #makingof #cinematography
