@mamaroarsews: Day 31/31: making tiny costumes every day The cutest little last minute tiny costume 🥰 for this I’m using the leotard and tutu pattern, but instead of making them as two separate pieces, I’ve attached the tutu to the leotard. When you do it this way, you avoid having to work with tiny elastic and all the pieces stay together. Gather the tutu and stitch it right to the waistline of the leotard before closing it up. Note that the tulle will not naturally fluff up. It can melt when ironed, but you can gently steam it to press the top half down and then separate the individual layers to make it nice and fluffy. I’m using four layers of tulle cut down to 2x15” sewing process - handmade - custom toys - heirloom quality - hand sewing - mouse plushies - doll clothes - stuffed animals - plush - Maileg Mouse inspired - dollhouse mouse - dollhouse critters - ballerina - sewing pattern - Halloween
