uh No they can't do that because they have to inform you that they changed their policies and it's goes against your constitutional rights because you haven't signed any new documents that give them the right to give up your money and property in their safety deposit boxes and they will be shut down and charges brought up and they will be sent to prison for willingly giving your personal information up without a written consent or new bank account opened up
