I made a decision when I decided to do what was best for me, I was ONLY going to listen to the people who were qualified (i.e. certified in this specific type of medicine). Once I stopped worrying about the chatter from anyone else, I never looked back. One of the best decisions I could have made for my health 🥰🙌🏻

I just took my first shot yesterday and am so excited for the future. It's so frustrating when people don't understand that sometimes you can't just diet and exercise your way to results with things like PCOS.
