When they say you can travel freely, it means by foot or horseback. Driving is a privilege and you need to be licensed and insured.

you can not be forced to pay to exercise your right to travel in your private transportation. Registering and or applying for a drivers license for your transportation is surrendering one of your God given rights. which you can not be forced to do.

By the constitution the driver is right! But the driver is not gunna win a never ending battle because no one is gunna stop the government from making money off of the people with illegal tickets and profit

you have the right to travel. how you travel can be regulated. most places make jaywalking is still illegal though rarely enforced. if they will do that for walking you would hope they'd require more for operating a motor vehicle

It is my understanding that by right of our constitution we do not need to register our vehicles unless it is in commerce. If that information is correct then each state is violating our rights. It’s also my understanding that it has been proven in federal Supreme Court.

Then I'm confused as to how after submitting an affidavit citing supreme court cases I have had all 5 citations for "driving" w/o a license or registration dismissed.
