@winniendagire: Let me tell you why investors trust Dubai. 🇦🇪 When you buy off-plan here, your money doesn’t go to the developer. It goes into an escrow account at a bank. The Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulates these accounts, and every project has its own. As the building goes up, an independent engineer checks the progress on site. Then the DLD approves the release, and the developer gets paid in stages. No progress, no money. 🏗️ That’s the system.
