I’ve been struggling a lot with overthinking, masking and constantly worrying about how other people perceive me. Whether I’m being too much, not doing enough or just not being the version of myself that everyone expects me to be. It’s exhausting, especially when you’re already navigating life with autism, ADHD, anxiety and depression. But I’m slowly trying to get back into my little routines, finding motivation, sorting out my home and doing things that make me feel like myself again. Some days are more productive than others, and that’s okay.
