Once it cools down, I add room-temperature water! I found this Yim Thai Tea on Amazon, and you can check it out on my Storefront if you're interested! 🛒 What caught my attention is that this brand uses annatto extract instead of artificial food coloring! If you're unfamiliar with annatto, it's a natural coloring derived from the seeds of the achiote tree. It's commonly used in Southeast Asian and Latin American cooking. In the Philippines, we call it atsuete, which you might recognize from dishes like pancit palabok and kare-kare! 🇵🇭 Yim uses Assam black tea, natural vanilla extract, and annatto extract to give the tea its flavor and color. 🌿 I ordered the 7.05 oz pack for my first try, and I'm pretty happy with it so far!
