My mom was adopted through depelchin in Houston in 1946. Her bio mom did willingly give her up . But my mom was in foster care until she was 18 months old. We had a relationship with her biological moms side but never got a chance to know her dads side. That’s a whole other story maybe I should share it on TikTok.. it is very interesting.
