Thanks to one of your other videos putting it on your calf, i used that for my last spot!! I loved it except even with my Dexcom on my stomach (same side of my body) my pod and dexcom kept loosing communication 😭 I’m gonna try agains sometime though, it was SO nice giving my arms and stomach a break from the pod! So THANK YOU for sharing! 🥰🥰

I stopped using Omnipod after getting not one but two defective batches that landed me in the hospital with DKA twice. I do not miss that itch or the beeping lol

My best friend has been an insulin dependent diabetic since we were kids. This was the 90’s. So she did the finger sticks and injections all on her own. Sometimes she’d cry bc she was so tired of being a “pin cushion”

There are better ways! My husband has to change his every 7 to 10 days. His pump and Apidra are such a blessing!

I have been noticing with my partners Omnipod that they will click anywhere from 4 to 7 when they do the inserting the catheter. And every time he gets that exact same face.
