Thanks for speaking to this. I absolutely agree. It was actually @Codependency Kate (LMFT) who initially talked about the role of anger and rudeness being the main truth telling mechanism for especially women. I’m glad you both have intersected. Again, thanks for clarifying and building on your thoughts. So much freedom in getting pissed and saying the things without overthinking kindness.
