Same for pharmacy’s. All of a sudden they have to have to full conversation about which one of 20 possible creams is the best (obv while weighing up pros and cons) and then they pull out their medication list and start arguing if a generic medication has the same substance as the original one. Only takes 45 minutes and a queue of 36 people
