I set up a daily 7 a.m. report via text message: meetings, top priority, urgent emails, and what to focus on before I even touch my phone. 4. Then she gave me a list of what she could automate or help with right away. 5. I told her to start with the top 2: a. Pull CRM data, flag follow-ups, and draft emails for each client.
