for anyone wondering, if u look into the legal stuff for military personnel, it's made to not be in favor of service members 😅, even if ur innocent ur still the one held accountable, idk anything about this individuals case but from my own experience it's always been 1 sided, this is my own experience though so others may have other point of views/ or experience, so I can't speak for everyone
